What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...) Hello everyone! I read The Maze Runner Trilogy and decided to change the ending, which I disliked. The only changes are that Brenda sacrificed herself instead of Teresa, and Newt is immune. This story revolves around the Immunes' new life in Paradise. Everyone will have to face friends, challenges, significant others, and most importantly, come to terms with themselves. My heart was pounding, fear taking over my body, I stood up. I was in some sort of room - I think it was a room, if it was a room it was a small room, a very small room. then suddenly the room started to elevate. I fell to my knees, the room was going up so fast, I couldn't get back onto my feet. Where was I going? Was I gonna die? Then it hit me. A sudden light shone down into the room as the doors to the room opened. hold on, the doors where on top? I laid there not moving not doing anything with my eyes sealed shut, I felt somebody drop down beside me. my body froze, then it hit me. somebody was there.
