This is a story that starts during Thor: The Dark World, shortly after the death of Frigga.
Captured and locked away in the dungeons of Asgard, Brenne could only assume her death was on the horizon. The kingdom was still reeling from the death of their beloved queen, Frigga. On her way to the dungeons, should practically taste the thirst for revenge in the air. It would be no small justice for the people if she, Brenne Malekithdottir was publicly executed.
Bitter and resentful of her past, Brenne finds no comfort in her cell or her cell neighbor, Loki Laufeyson. Believed to be every ounce the murder her father is, she's determined to escape and set things right, with or without the help of the God of Lies, who is just as eager to escape. But above it all, she wants to prove she isn't a monster, and to fix what has been undone.

Meanwhile, Loki will have to do some self discovery and face his greatest challenge yet, as he outwits death one last time. This fanfic switches POV's between Loki and Kamilla and it features Thor, Lady Sif, Dr. Strange, Lorelei, The All-mothers and Thor's cousins. This adventure dives deep into marvel's fascinating mythology & takes place amid the nine realms.
