(Volumes 1-3) You have known Ruby Rose for as long as you were both were kids and have been together since half way of your first year at Signal Academy. After the two of you stopped a robbery. (Disclaimer, I don't own RWBY or any characters in RWBY, I only use them to tell an old as dirt story I made up a long time ago. I do own the characters I have made.) This is a RWBY Fanfic, it's relatively slow but I am trying to make it better. It takes place in beacon Academy but with a twist, something evil. Team Rwby and remnant as awhile now have allies to help fight this new evil, but as the tails of old go, there is never a straight path to a happy ending. It must be earned. Below is a small shard of a story, one from mother to child, a warning. When some humans made contact with you years later, you immediately infected and possessed one of them and began to evolve rapidly. It was then you developed a personality and can think like an intelligent species. All before being captured, experimented on, and then escaping not long after. Luckily for the world, you aren't super bloodthirsty or a complete psychopath. Your personality is that of someone humble and wanting peace. Just like how mother nature is and must be respected as so. Speaking of the world, you figure out that the world you reside in now is called Remnant. Compared to the laboratory below, the outside world is much worse with the Grimm and humans fighting each other. But it is also the world where you will actually find your place in these harsh lands of savage beasts and advanced weaponry. Along with those whom you will reside alongside with. And if anyone wishes to take them from you, they will know the color of death from within. You are the monster. You are the parasite. You are... Carrion This is your story.
