Jax is a tough guy, with a fighting spirit. But his hot headed buddy, Toby,  is falling apart. As Toby struggles to deal with the news that his dad's going to die, Jax struggles to support him, and even deal with his feelings for him.

Julie is a mean spirited, rich girl, with a love for destroying others. But when her best friends start to turn on her, she's forced to come to terms with the truth, that her bitchy attitude is destroying her life.

Jack is an abused suicidal dreamer, with too many self destructive ways. When his therapist suggest he writes letters to others to get things off his chest, he twists the idea into making them into suicide letters for the people who've wronged him.

But what these vastly different characters all have in common, is that they are all going to the same therapy group. And while all of them are struggling, they all just want to finally, "see the stars".
