After experiencing the corruption and injustice of society first hand, Izuku reevaluates his concept of a 'hero', decides he doesn't particularly want to be one according to modern societal standards and after not-so-accidentally stumbling upon a group of people who share his beliefs, formulates a plan to - diplomatically and non violently - change the world and the corrupt hero society for the better.

From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long. Skip forward 6 years when Midoriya is a full fledged villain, what happens when he didn't run away, he chose to stay and fight the heroes to get his 'family' out?
