August. The name of one of the hottest months but her destiny is to become as cold as ice.

August left her life in Whitby to save everyone she loved, but she has to move on and deal with the few new problems in her life.

When she turns 18 she will become a vampire and there is nothing she can do about it. But could she try and find her lost brother and ask him for help or will he find her first? She had an arranged marriage ready for her when she was little for when she grew up but now she might be going back will the marriage still be on? Or will a different vampire, that she hasn't seen in a long time, make his way into her life again?

So who will she choose, the one decided to be hers or the one destined to be?
