Benny Washington, unable to relate to his distant father, and wracked with guilt over the recent death of his mother, seeks solace in best friend Peter Hall, comic books, and ballet-a passion he and Peter share. When Benny learns on the Internet that a machine accidentally delivered to his house is a way to talk with God and desperate to apologize to his deceased mother, he decides to use it.
	Alongside Peter, Peter's older sister Emma, and Fremond-a boy with a crush on her, Benny makes contact with an entity that claims to be God. Instead of contacting Benny's mother, the entity escapes the machine and takes refuge inside a computer game developed by Benny's father. The game, set in a virtual San Francisco, allows the creature to move freely about the real city and attack people at will.
	With the aid of the mysterious Mr. Yang-the intended recipient of the package, Benny's dad, and SFPD Detective Amy Wong, the kids set out to track the creature. Deducing that it wants Benny above all else, they concoct a risky plan to trap it, with Benny as bait. When the plan goes horribly awry, Benny realizes that sacrificing himself may be the only way to save his family and friends.

(This book is an adaptation of my screenplay of the same name that won 1st Place in the 2017 Scriptapalooza Competition. The screenplay remains, as yet, unproduced.)

"One of my favorite tropes is someone who believes they're hard to love and someone who loves them like it's breathing." TW: Mentions of suicide and abuse Forest Gray is what everyone would describe as a golden boy; perfect grades, the star of the football team, and a damn good friend. He is rich and good looking; he has it all. Except the one thing he's wanted his whole life, his parents love and acceptance. They are never home, yet they hold a protective barrier around him no matter what. They even own the school he goes to. Forest is to do and be who they say, and he's never been one to disobey or displease anyone, except for when he falls in love with the one boy who's able to break his parents spell. Atlas Hart is different from most people, because most people don't skip school and disappear for days or even weeks at a time. But most people don't have his intense emotions and outbursts of anger, or a broken family, or looked at as the outcast of the school. When Forest meets Atlas, he can't believe he's never noticed someone so perfect for him, and Atlas just can't believe someone like Forest is even talking to him. They fall helplessly in love, creating a bump in the plan Forest's parents laid out for his life before he was even born. Follows the struggles of falling in love with someone you're not supposed to and coming to terms with it while facing obstacles like family and friendship complications in which the characters have to overcome.

Klaus never imagined his life would spiral into a nightmare of blood, trauma, and twisted family ties. His once-normal existence shattered when his best friend, Colton, embarked on a sickening experiment, sewing people together in a grotesque imitation of a centipede. What started as a dark curiosity quickly morphed into a sadistic obsession, and Klaus found himself trapped in Colton's nightmarish plans. With his friends-Joseph, Amybeth, and twin sister Elijah-caught in Colton's grip, Klaus was forced to confront his worst fears. The person he trusted most had become a monster, and survival meant making impossible choices. As Colton's madness grew, Klaus battled his own guilt and terror while trying to save those he loved. The bloodshed reached horrifying heights, and despite his best efforts, Klaus couldn't escape the grip of Colton's cruelty. When the violence finally stopped, the echoes of Colton's insanity lingered, leaving Klaus with more than just physical scars. As he pieces together a life that will never be the same, Klaus is left to face the truth: the nightmare will never fully end. [This book, like the rest of the KNAHC series, is pure satire-a crack fic making fun of The Human Centipede. I don't actually like the films or the South Park episode, but my best friend, Colton, does and loves body horror. This was inspired by a nightmare I had at 13 during summer vacation in Seaside Heights, Nj, after watching The Human Centipad with Colton.]

Having a best friend since childhood to do everything with and be inseparable from is the greatest feeling in the world. That is until one randomly cuts off the other and moves away, ending all contact and hope for an explanation. Alex Pierce is a college student just trying to get through life as stress-free as possible. After just getting out of a two-year-long relationship, all he wants to do is move on from the past, something he struggles to do. Despite how desperate he is to be carefree, he is constantly juggling other obligations and responsibilities and he's just trying to keep his head above the water. River Moore is your all-star athlete. After switching schools and accepting a starting position on the basketball team, he wants to continue his college athlete lifestyle and live his life to the fullest. After a traumatic experience a year prior, he likes to focus on the future. Spontaneous has always been his personality since he was young. When Alex and River are reunited six years after their unbreakable friendship dies, Alex thinks he will finally get the answers to his long-awaited questions. Unfortunately for him, River did not have the same idea. River claims that he does not remember Alex at all. This creates a whirlwind of awkwardness between the childhood friends, and they are forced to realize just how much all of that time apart affected them. •~• {Spinoff from 'Effortless' but can be read as a standalone.} {TW⚠️: This book contains depictions of mental health struggles, seizures, mature scenes, and strong language. Please do not read if this will affect you!} {Any names, characters, businesses, organizations, places, events, or incidents are either the product of the author's imagination or used fictitiously.}

?Highest #12 in '#technology' (17 June 2018)? ⚛ Highest #228 in Science Fiction (30 May 2018) ⚛ "It's alright." I waved my hand dismissively. "I'm allergic to bullshit." ♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧♣♧ Maya Scoren is unique. But she's not the only one, there are nine others supposed to be besides her; two of which never made it past their mother's womb and one who's incompatible. What makes them special, is also what makes them dangerous. Ripped from their normal, day-to-day,school life, family and friends with no warning, they find out who they are. And why they're alive. But fitting back into that normal life they missed so much is proving to be hard. Especially for Maya, who has a tendency to get herself in trouble and extraordinary situations ENTIRELY her fault. (She'd rather die than admit that of course) Old life brings the problem of boys, unwanted advances, homework, teachers and of course, a boyfriend with she had a rather uncharacteristic meet-up. Scott, Sed, Andy are her childhood friends all the way with her in this. Almost all the way. They didn't expect her to change or to come back at all and they are having a HARD time adjusting to the new Maya. She's dangerous, she's hot and she knows it. She has done a lot in the past two years that will catch up to her and stuff after that which refuses to stay hidden. Controlling CEOs, sensitive boyfriend, an obssessed boss is just the tip of the iceberg. And I'm not even touching the problems at her school. Will all this unwanted attention put her in trouble? Author's note: this was my first story ever. It has no proper plot or story but it's fun to read! Also, lots of typos. And grammar mistakes. Tons of them. Tons. You have been warned. (Actually not that many but you've still been warned)
