Jason was a 22 year old man before the night of his death. Having the time of his life and hanging with his friends Jason was celebrating his birthday but things go wrong. Now as a ghost all he can remember is his name. He has no memory of his former life and how he died.
Jessie is 19 and a brilliant mind. At only 11 she graduated from college and started her own business. As things in Jessie's life only seem to get better she meets the very dead Jason. scared at first she begins to realize that Jason is a gentle soul. 
As Jason tries to remember his former life and Jessie tries to help him another person reviles that he can also see Jason and claims to know how he died. 
Things get out of control fast and Jessie's life is thrown into harms way to protect the man she's fallen for.
