Louis is in labour and he has no one to help him get through that considering his family is on vacation and his best friend fainted (yea he really did) . But then some random boy accidentally mistaken Louis' room for his and he ends up helping Louis to give birth to his kid. Unfortunately misterious boy leaves the hospital before Louis could ask for his number or just thank him. They were never supposed to meet again. Yet they did.
Nobody knew that Louis is going to meet the love of his life when he was literally in the labour.
