Drifting through life as a miserable existence is the only thing Gerard Way knows how to do, it's all he can do.
He wants that to end.
On the night that he thought was going to be his fates end, he runs into a man named Frank Iero; a big mouthed, tattooed punk that seemingly wants Gerard to live, despite what he wants. Frank asks for two weeks to show Gerard what it's really like to be 'alive'.
If Frank can't show Gerard anything to live for, he promises him something, something that Gerard thinks he needs.
