Vincent Dragonheart: Book 1: Colors Between Lines

Vincent was never someone who had a normal life. Hatching from an egg and being part of a family who owned the largest business in the city didn't help either. His life, under the direction of his mother, Yvonne, was always held to high standards. However, Vincent always kept his head high, and he always made the best out of what he had. Till then, his life would stay the way it is.

Yet it only took one day for all of it to change.

On his very first day to high school, Vincent encounters a strange meteor. He unleashes its power and scatters it all over the city as it consumes and changes anyone who is hit by it. When he is taken into custody by a mysterious dragon, he is given an opportunity to escape his boring, modest life, and help the dragon solve the mysteries of the meteor. He dawns a new personality and he takes the streets as Magnificent Max.

Max saves the citizens of Starlight City and establishes himself as a protector of the city. However, he isn't the only one saving the city from chaos. The Rainbow Knights is a team of superheroes led by their leader, Crimson, and rival Max's spotlight. As the two factions butt heads, their rivalry makes Max question his purpose and his motivations.

As Max deals with one problem, Vincent faces another when a mysterious girl catches his attention. With the pressure of his mother, the duties of a superhero, and a mysterious girl who continues to surprise him, what must Vincent do to keep everything in place while not revealing his secret identity?
