U.S. Army Lt. Haven Kelly starts her new job as a JAG when she gets stationed to San Antonio, TX. She moves closer to her aunt, uncle, and cousins. She navigates her life as a neurodivergent individual and learns to let in a potential romantic partner.

Haven's father, Cormac decides to move to San Antonio to be closer to his daughter. He is learning to overcome the trauma after his divorce and loss of his parents.
