Forgotten/Lost Books

I've been trying to find this book for about a year now. I can't remember the title or the names of the characters which is even more frustrating. It was around the time that the Wattpad app kept playing up so when I would be in the middle of reading a book, the app would just close and the book would be gone.

I can remember the plot and a few details from the book so that if I came across it I would know, but that's about it. I've tried googling to see if the book has been published or put on a different website but I can never find anything. I was just wondering if anybody had any idea about how you would go about finding the book? Or if you recognise the story going off my poor memory.
