It's on one of the days that his master is gone that a mysterious and somewhat odd stranger appears, knowing little of magic and hiding secrets. Elliot's life is about to change, and not even his cards can help him this time.

Defying Fate
Please don't read this, I wrote it in middle school and it's really bad. I just don't want to delete it because some people might get mad at me ;-; Maybe someday I will rewrite it. There once was a prince, who fell in love with a girl. But she wasn't a princess. She was the hand maiden of a nobleman's daughter, who had eyes for the young prince. The prince and girl fell in love, but couldn't be together, for the nobleman's daughter grew jealous when she found out, and ordered them to be killed. This story was called "The Lover's Curse." As it passed down, generation through generation, it became known as only a legend, a myth. But it was true. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ It's up to May and Drew to break the hold destiny has on them, to fight for their own way. She only needs to imagine the place she wants to see and will be there. The princess though was being a jerk so the witch cursed the mirror.
