The Rebel

Parker is a fifteen year old girl that has wings. Her, and people like her, were cooked up in a lab. They are now slaves for the royal family and are really sick of it. They have to go to a special class for two years with the royals watching. Than they are forced to do a job that the royals chose for them for the rest of their life. This year there it a new class that involves fighting and parker is the best in the class. Everyone is wondering how she is so good at fighting but she won't tell anyone. Not even Ivy, her best friend. The only thing she has said is that she has had a lot of encounters with the police. That just makes everyone more curios about what happened to her. One day some girls get to the changing room early and they see parker. Only she has scars all over her body.

Why does she have so many scars?
Why won't she tell anyone what happened to her? I mean, it can't be that bad. Right?
