Some say that he is the CEO of a banking company while others say that he is the CEO of a hit man company. Mr. Cortes owners not only his own company but also most of the town of San Francisco, California where his company is based. The rumor of Mr. Cortes being a hit man service and murder rates going up makes Detective Kristy Porter start snooping around his territory even after being told by the Chief of police that it's a cold case. Will Detective Kristy find something on her search to take Mr. Cortes to jail or will she end up just like her victims?
