"I don't think we should be here tay" I grip her arm, "Stop being such a pussy lana" she quips and brushes my hand off before jumping over a large piece of metal. "This place is supposedly abandonded anyway, but ledgend says that the doctors left the symbiotes in their capsules to die off" she says to me in a hushed voice.
"Lets see if we can find them and gt a sample of their dna, c'mon lana this was your idea" She whines and throws an arm over my shoulders. When all of a sudden a small light shines in the corner catching my attention. I walk closer to it and notice it to be a capsule about the size of a suit case. "What the hell" I whisper, "OH MY GOD, YOU FOUND IT, WE FOUND A SYBIOTE CONTRAPMENT CHAMBER" she squels happily and grabs a cotton bud from her back pocket, that has a glass vial like container that its held in. "Damn how do I open it?" she asks more to herself than me. I look around the capsule and notice a bright red button on the side.
I nudge taylor and point to it, "Good job" she says and crouches to press it. WhOOsH, it lets out an air. "woah" I say when I see whats inside.

"CLEMONT SHOUTED AT MEEEEE!!!!" Suddenly the supervisor came running up to you and Clemont, she sighed and shook her head. "Clemont, that's some very dangerous chemicals you're working on! If your experimenting, then please work in the science lab, but you'll need permission from your teacher. But shouting at (y/n)? Your not like that. But (y/n)'s likely to provoke people like this..." You rolled your eyes. The supervisor was startled and walked off. You swivelled back to Clemont, who was looking at you rather strangely. You shrugged your shoulders at him, and walked off like you didn't care. -Clemont's P.O.V- I looked up at the clouds, still drowsy from working with hypno chemicals. I was waiting outside for my younger sister, Bonnie to walk out the door, scream out my name and give me a giant hug. If I didn't have a younger sister, I would have been consumed by my depression.... perhaps..... maybe.... I've got to admit...I've got a huge crush on (y/n)...ever since I transferred. I always turn away and hide my flushed cheeks and sweating hands and shaking knees and...yeah... I wish I could be popular for her... but I'm not. I've asked Bonnie for advice as well...she says I should admit my feelings and she'll say her catchphrase tomorrow. In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. [COMPLETED] "Shoot," Joey mumbles, letting out a string of profanities under his breath. We turn around to find a group of men, all with guns, standing where we just came from, and they look pissed... probably because they were forced to run through this tunnel after us. "Thought you could get away, didn't you?" The man who I saw before asks. His husky voice booms in the hollow tunnel, reverberating off of the dirt walls. His voice sounds familiar, and a realization strikes me. It sounds like the man from my dream. I remember him holding a gun and wearing a blue suit, smiling evilly at me. "Leave us alone," Joey says, sounding dangerous and snapping me out of my thoughts. The levity of the situation hits-we need to get out of here. I look around for a route of escape and thankfully I see a light, literally, at the end of the second tunnel. I let out a small, almost inaudible, gasp and nudge Joey. He looks at me and I subtly gesture with my head to the second tunnel. He glances at it and immediately we are on the same page. His jaw sets and he looks at the group. The man speaks up again, chuckling darkly-a sound I will never forget and will be permanently etched into my brain, "You can thank your father for starting this mess." -------------------------- Liza was a normal teenaged girl, living the average life that an eighteen year old girl should be living. A strange-looking contraption is seen rapidly falling from the sky. Its descent was calculated and precise...until it wasn't. These kids numbered a hundred, have ages ranging from 12 to 17. And as for why they are all strapped inside this burning 90-year-old dropship heading to the ground...Well, it all started at the end. Ninety-seven years ago, a nuclear apocalypse struck the Earth, leaving the planet simmering in radiation. But of course, the human race was a stubborn one. At the time of the bombs, twelve nations had operational space stations that they used to house survivors. Later, these twelve stations banded up and merged, becoming the one we now know as The Ark. For many years now, The Ark has kept what's left of humanity alive. But about a year ago, an engineer discovered a huge problem in the Ark's system. The Ark's life support systems are failing, and it won't be long before they run out of air and die. Hence, the current situation. These kids are being sent on a desperate mission to see if the ground is survivable again. But why kids though? Won't it be better to have the more capable scientists or guards be the ones to take this risk?
