Gerard Way fucking sucks. 
That sentence could be interpreted in two ways, and both would be right.
His grades are shit, his parents are assholes, and his only friend is his brother.
That all changes when his parents decide that for 9th grade, he was going to a disciplinary high school in North Carolina.
He thinks everyone there is stuck up- until he meets Frank.

Don't bash me, I'm a first-time fanfiction writer, but I'd love to give it a go.

Though when Mikey called him one day, he offered Gerard a job at the All Boys Christian private school just a few blocks downtown. When he goes to work each week, a student in particular starts getting on his soft side even though their love is illegal. WARNING: there is a lot of mentions of drugs, smoking, alcohol and things of that sort in this story, along with religion and offensive comments about Christianity (and I don't hate the religion FYI) If this triggers you in some way then DO NOT read this story.

Gerard way and Frank Iero have always passed each other in the hallway but never spoke a word to one another. They are both alike in many ways. Both loners who feel like they don't quite belong. Frank mostly spends his days depressed and alone. The occasional hurtful remarks from his fellow classmates and father wearing him down. Frank's family issues seem to swallow him hole which is mainly why he feels like throwing in the towel... permanently. Gerard lives to protect those he cares about. Though, he has a bit of an edgy attitude most people learn to respect. There's more to Gerard than what the outside shows. His brother Mikey and best friend Ray know glimpses of how he really feels, and how complications from the past really fuck with his behavior. But, their differences don't keep them apart considering these strangers are forced into each other's lives when Gerard finds Frank attempting to commit suicide. Can Gerard help Frank without revealing his own problems and emotions or will they become too much to bare? *Trigger warning *Still editing mistakes( I'm fully aware my grammar sucks) *also warning this is terribly written. I wrote this when I was 13 and finished when I was like 15. Now I'm editing as much as I can to make it less embarrassing. Sequel "Never look up" both fanfics make me cringe tbh

He huffed rubbing his eyes, "I wanna do stuff that I would do if we were normal. Like fucking romance shit. Like holding hands on the roof and looking at stars. Or sing to my Pandora station while we clean parts of the church before Sunday. Or make out in the back of my car and listen to my favorite songs. And god I would kill to dance in the rain with you and not have to worry about anything. No vampire shit. No age gap. No fucking rumors. You know that half of this goddamn town knows about my love life?" He removed his hands from his eyes to stare at Gerard who was staring back intensely, "It sucks. Everything sucks. {COMPLETED} Gerard Way doesnt have many friends. he has never been in a serioius relationship. hes not even sure about his sexuality, as he hasnt really had chances to find out. so when he gets invited to a party he figures its an oppertunity to stop being the social outcast and get some friends. Lots of random ships along with frerard cause why not. AN: hello. this is my first fic so it may not be good. and i may update rarely cause i just dont usually have time. my friend came up with the idea and another friend cane up with the name so.... ye. honestly imma just be coming up with the story as i go. anyways, expect just a lot of cameos of other singers/band members cause im too lazy to come up with names. They tell him how their town has always been haunted and how their family, along with some others, are there to make their hometown a safer place. Along with all those shocking news, he finally starts dating his crush, but little does he know that he is one of the things his parents told him to kill. When Frank discovers about it, will he kill someone he cares about to honour his family, or will he betray his family and continue dating someone he's not suppose to? --- Other mysterious shit happening, but read to find out. -- um... i was rereading this and let me tell you i think i had a good idea but my writing is so shit. if you want better stuff check my other fics or my one shots but you can still read this cause i'm still proud of the idea. also the amount of vine references is not normal i was obsessed. - Tw: blood, gore, abuse, homophobia, smut (maybe other stuff to come, idk tell me if you're triggered from anything.)

I like to think I have improved on writing since this time and I really don't like this. So many regrets... [Complete] Frank Iero has been suffering from the 'incident' ever since it happened. What made it worse was that it was completely his fault. His mother notices his behaviour afterwards and sends him to a therpy group. He knows he can't be 'cured' because there was nothing to 'cure'. This was him, left with the faded memories of the 'incident'. Gerard Way had to move schools because of bullying. Of course, it wasn't exactly bullying if quart labled it as abuse. His arms are adorned in long sleeves at all times. His mother takes to this and sends him to therapy. Group Therapy. Age gap reduced, Frank is 17, Gerard is also 17, Mikey is 15, Pete is 16. {Mild cursing} [Trigger warnings: Suicide attempts, self harm, anorexia, alcohol addiction, drug use, divorce.] {Minor character death} (I do not claim photo on cover)
