Após a morte do pai, Hope Jenkins volta para a pequena cidade de Roseroot, para cuidar da lanchonete da familia, mas esse não é o unico motivo de ela estar de volta, Hope tem um segredo e está fugindo dele.
Outcast foi criado separado de todos, apenas com a presença da familia e alguns empregados, mas quando seu pai morreu, ele se tornou o presidente dos Devil's hunter e resolveu mudar as coisas ali, não agradando algumas pessoas.
Outcast não queria se envolver com ninguém e muito menos ter novos problemas, ainda mais agora que esta começando a ter uma relação melhor com o clube do outro lado da cidade. Mas quando ele conhece Hope, essas coisas não importam mais.
