Becoming Emma

After moving from sunny Australia to rainy Forks and losing her mother from Diabetis Mellitus, Emma, an introvert and studious girl, vows to discover a cure for this incurable disease.

Emma had it all planned ahead of time: win 'Student of the Year' trophy, get into a top University and become a well-known Geneticist. What she didn't expect was how competitive and cruel students could be to win this contest. With pressures to win the contest, her longtime crush noticing her after a prolonged time, the cute boy she never noticed starting to finally ask her out, two mysterious students in senior year and snobby personalities trying to drag her down, threads of Emma's apparent picture perfect life start to tear up.
