"You may not have gained my trust fully yet," said the pirate as he looked up and locked eyes with the albino. "But after what you just did for me, I guess it's safe enough for me to consider you my friend." A small smile tugged at his lips, extending his towards the pale prince. 

"What do you say, Ko?" He asked, a twinkle in his mismatched eyes. "Friends?"

A breathy chuckle left the prince's throat and accepted the pirate's hand with a brief shake.

"Friends," the prince laughed.

Although he's with kids from school and would most likely get along with them...he feels a strange awkwardness when around them. There's a catch though, Hajime isn't really like the others; he doesn't have an ultimate. Because of that, he thinks the others might look down on him. But there is one student that looks down on him the most, Nagito Komaeda: the ultimate lucky student. He believes since Hajime doesn't have a talent, he's not valid like everyone else and decides to put him down for something he can't control. Hajime just wants to be friends with everyone, but because this inconvenience he's very insecure about being around the others, and distances himself. Then Kazuichi Souda and Chiaki Nanami decide to include him since they feel bad, they just want him to be happy.
