SIRIUS BLACK isn't happy. He tries to tell himself he is, but his house is too sad and dark and there isn't enough life. And Sirius-- despite his family-- doesn't agree with everything they say. And he thinks he's broken because of it and thinks that if anyone knew what he really thought, he'd be dead or disowned.
REMUS LUPIN is terrified. He's starting school at Hogwarts upon special request and even visit from Dumbledore. He felt excited, but he only feels terror now. There are special arrangements made for him, but he's terrified of slipping up and hurting someone.
JAMES POTTER is nervous. He wouldn't ever admit it, but he desperately wants to be in Gryffindor for the sake of his parents. They kept saying it didn't matter, but James knew it did. At least, to him it does. And he never wants to let his parents down.
PETER PETTIGREW is average. It's what he keeps repeating himself. He'll amount to nothing and will probably end up in Hufflepuff, he reckons. He's too much of a coward to be Gryffindor, not smart enough to be Ravenclaw and not ambitious enough to be Slytherin. Though he does secretly aspire to be a Gryffindor and make something good out of himself.
