This is a rewritten version of my original story Forced to Buy a Vampire Slave, and will eventually replace the existing one.
Arabelle (Ari) Hart is next in line to the throne, and she has one mission on her mind: abolish the slavery of vampires. Her parents think it's a foolish quest, and they often argue about it, but when the king and queen decide that Arabelle should have a slave, there's nothing she can say that will convince them otherwise. So, she unwillingly buys a vampire from the auction house and vows to treat him as kindly as she can, and despite the fact that he seems to hate her, she finds herself developing unexpected feelings.
