This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long. At four years old, Izuku Yagi is diagnosed as quirkless while his twin sister Izumi has powerful telekinesis. It is also when he's four years old that his parents start to forget about him. But that won't stop him from achieving his dream of becoming a hero. Nothing will. Not being forgotten by his parents. Not being beat by his sister and childhood friend near daily. After all, All Might says that anyone can be a hero. "It's nice to have a dream, but keep it realistic." Abandoned once again, this time with his dream crushed, he takes his childhood friend's advice. 'Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk in your next life!' The only problem? Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning! This story will contain depression, suicide talk, torture (not explained explicitly), violence, and a whole lot of angst! Also, this story won't contain any ships. So, there isn't any BakuDeku, TodoDeku, etc., it's just a depressing story with Midoriya with his friends trying to change themselves to help him and their own selves in the future.
