The gladiator games of Ancient Rome had always been a man's battle. That is until one very unsuspected girl joins the fight. Leona was born in a "barbarian" tribe that was slaughtered by the Romans. After the massacre of her family, her emotions drain and her heart turned to stone.
She is and always will be a fighter, so when she is enslaved she still refuses to give up. After a fight with some guards that ends badly, she is sentenced to death by gladiator in the coliseum.
However the sentence is short lived as she kills him with ease. Soon she is thrust into the world of gladiators still holding no emotions except for a searing burn for vengeance.
