Ume Haruno. Seems like a basic name right? Well she wasn't supposed to be there. She died and was reborn in Naruto, the anime where Shinobi died, breathed fire, walked up trees, had eyes that could put you in an illusion, and lastly, punch the ground so hard you could create a crater.
"Why does life hate me?"
"It doesnt hate you, it just thought you deserved a second chance."
"Why am I here?"
"Because you wanted to be so here you are."
"What about my family from before?"
"They are moving on, they miss you a lot though."
"Will I ever go back?"
"That is up to your choices in the world, if you die and they revive you, you stay. If it is a permanent death you go back to the beginning of your previous life with no memory and start anew. "
"I see, but why take Sakura's place?"
"You judged her before, now relive life in her shoes."

In which Sakura tries to figure out if she's been sent to the past-or an alternate universe with suspicious tweaks. Dying was everything she had expected, an inevitable event, bound to happen sooner rather than later (a lot sooner, actually)-an unstoppable force, driven by the arm of a rabbit goddess piercing through her, and just barely not enough will to survive. And yet, it was nothing she could've ever prepared for. Sakura Haruno had heard nothing else but bad rumors and nasty things about her. What did she do wrong? Is there something wrong with this blessed kunoichi? Sasuke Uchiha left Konohagakure. Sakura promised herself that she will get him back, no matter what. She loved him too much to just let go. After exactly two and a half years, Naruto returned from his training. "Don't make this any harder than it has to be, Sakura." I swallowed hard, my body shaking. I can't believe this is actually happening. Who knew that it will actually end up like this? I knew that I have to save Naruto and Sasuke-kun so that we could run away and hide before it's too late. "I-I'm not opening the door." I took a step backwards, looking at the kitchen. There was a knife on the counter, I needed it. If he is going to break inside, I have to fight back in order to get out of here. I quickly get it and face the door once again. I take a deep breath and tighten the grip on the knife's handle. There was one big question that kept running inside my mind over and over again. When will this nightmare end? Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto suddenly found themselves stuck in their own "ideal world"; a world with no chakra, ninjas, wars and just peace, tranquility and happiness. Their loved ones who were once dead are alive and the place they called home is back to normal again. Everything seems perfect, right? Wrong. After a major mission went horribly wrong, the Leaf shinobi were ordered to retreat and abandon those left behind, even if it meant leaving teammates. Sakura, not willing to leave those dear to her, goes to rescue them. After which she discovers Tsunade is not going to just leave her be, but the apprentice doesn't plan to let her kindness be smothered out. Abandoning her home wasn't her original plan.
