A 16 year old high school varsity football player is finally getting the chance to be the team caption, something he's wanted since freshman year. Just as his life is looking good he gets in an accident breaking his leg and two ribs. Now doctors say he won't be able to play football ever again. Determined to live his dream he does everything possible to be on the team and have things back to normal.
