We all have our own secret fears. For some it might be a fear of heights or spiders, but for Adrian it was himself.
When Adrian was a young child, his older brother, Alejandro, locked him in a closet. His brother knowing he was very afraid of the dark, hoped to enhance that fear. He hoped that Adrian would look at his brother as the hero as he does with their father. As Adrian sat and cried in the closet, already have attempted to escape, noticed a small door in the back, barely visible through the jackets and umbrellas. He wiggled his fingers through the creases. Behind the door was a separate room Opening the small door he was surprised at what he found. There were ghostly people behind the door. They hadn't noticed the small child, as he crawled his way around them. Suddenly one of the wood boards creaked startling these odd people. They snapped their heads around to see Adrian, the source of the noise. The ghostly figures jumped at Adrian, and everything went black.

The Unordinary

102 parts Complete

Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. No one will believe it was me who disappeared into a fence and appeared on the other side of school. I stare at my brother. He made eye contact with me, confirming my suspicions. We both saw it. Whoever that was is like us. "Did you just see that?" I ask "You're that person my brother and I saw," He says. Oh no... Why then? "Wait! You're-" Completed just editing. (Don't be too harsh please)
