Loki laughs, his eyes flickering with amusement. "Oh really?" he teases.
You nod, "I don't think you're the monster you set yourself out to be..."
"What makes you say that?"
"I'm about to be cheesy as f*ck right now... but villains aren't born they're made, and it goes both ways for heroes to."
"You're right that was pretty cheesy." He says ruffling you're hair.
"Hey Loki?"
"Yes?" He asks looking up from his book.
"Have you ever thought about the fact that saying the phrase I'll see you in court is the grown up version of I'm telling my mom?"
"I-..."
Loki and you sat and watched a comedy together as the guy on the screen suddenly tripped over nothing, Loki leans over and comments. "He needs some milk..." you started to tear up, "did I do it wrong?" He asks. "No you're absolutely perfect, my baby's my you're growing up..."

The curtain around the hospital bed slides open to reveal an African American man with warm eyes. He walks in with an easy smile and a white man steps in just behind him with dark blue eyes and near black brown waves that fall to his shoulders. The man behind him catches my eye, his eyes a bright blue with a crown of golden hair. Our eyes meet and his crystal blue ones widen. Déjà vu hits me like a truck and my mind bounces back to a fuzzy night a couple of months ago full of hard liquor. While I can't remember many things from that night, I do remember those blue eyes vividly. My lips pop open and a blush tints my cheeks as well as his.
