Believe it or not, Toph was a silent girl who barely uttered a word. No one didn't mind, aside this male student named Sokka who got interested in her. He as well, didn't mind but since he found himself looking at her a lot, he started to notice bruises peeking from her clothes. Out of utter curiosity, he went to search why. However, what he had found out next shocked him.
(Satoru has a huge part in here. Toph isn't blind and they're third year high school students.
