Not everyone wants a quirk, Not everyone wants to be judge base on how 'flashy' they can be, no one cares enough about a Normal person not even your parents at times. No wonder they gave birth to another child that was gifted a flashy bit not so strong quirk, there happy enough to have one good thing in there family.  Being compared to your baby brother and twin was like being stabbed in the back and thrown away. SO What if your normal? So what if you have to try 100 percent more than others, it's the way of life, it's not like All-might sleeps any differently than anyone else.
