The cognition of the people has made magic too powerful. A 'champion', the strongest in the current time, has a definite in every single ongoing activity in Chu'naal, being able to make a decision on a whim that everyone must follow, no matter if the people's opinions speak a different tale. Some can use this power to bring forth a divine peace, while some use this power to shape their ideal world, while they are on the top.
