Dear Reader, This journal is my own personal journal. As you read, you will come across letters, school work, essays, entries, photos, drawings, etc,. on how I, myself, experienced and saw the world. Poems that I wrote in 2013-2014 Some of the poems aren't true and I didn't experience (Especially the romantic ones). This is a daily updated journal/diary thing that started in January of 2018 and has not ended yet. There will be a part two to this book, because I've found writing in this book so relaxing and helpful when it comes to my mental health. • • • Sometimes I feel trapped. Like I can't tell people how I truly feel because they won't understand. This book is more for me than it is anyone else. I hope you get enjoyment out of it, but honestly, it's an outlet for me to express myself. I'm done keeping my emotions trapped inside myself. I'm truly done with that. If you want to read my emotions and my day to day life, go ahead. If your easily offended by my opinions I would suggest not reading this, because it's practically made for my opinions to be shared. If you hate me, read at your own risk, because this is me being my true self. Some things might not be good to read for those who are struggling with mental illnesses because I do describe my own experience with mental illness and describe horrible thoughts, so it might trigger you. From The Heart
Do you know the times when you want to say something, but can't? Or the times when you are sad and need someone to give you a hug? The times your worst enemy hugs your boyfriend? Or the times you are so angry you punch a locker and have to pay to get it repaired? Well with writing my thoughts, passions, anger triggers, enemies, love, hatred, even happiness out for people. Makes me feel like someone can relate to me and I can impact them in any simple or complex way they deem fit. I write because I can and I become free with every word written from my mind, every letter and messed up grammar I have accidentally committed to butchering every time I write. I may not make a difference, heck, I may not even have a lot of people who read but those who do read when I write about how I thought up a story plot or something for my best friend, they will always make me feel like I'm making the difference because someone actually read what I thought at a certain time and day and maybe even listened. That's what makes me feel wanted and happy like I can do something other than run my stubborn mouth and have a mother hen personality. Hidden Feelings Book 1 (Poetry) (Journaling)
It's just a bunch of songs I wrote when I was feeling mad or sad or extremely happy and motivated. Their just a bunch of lyrics formed from my emotions. I mean I was trying to figure out how to express myself so I started using rhymes to begin with. I mean some songs don't only have rhymes but most of my songs are rhymes with 4 or 6 lines and their all original works of mine so don't bother trying to steal them or anything. Also this is an add on I've started writing journal entries in here as well and I may put my two books together. My 'Ange's Journal', and 'Hidden Feelings' together. I don't know why, it's just a spur of the moment thing and a feeling I had. These are all my experiences and thoughts I've had but never said out loud. But if you don't like it or are offended by what I say your doing something wrong in life.
