His master telling him that he needs to return the power in order to give it off to someone who will focus all their time on mastering it as well as becoming capable of using 100% of it within the time constraints they have. With all this coming to a head, he relinquishes his power against the mental anguish of the previous users and leaves UA. He never hears how his old mentor had told him that he could stay within the walls of UA, but he just walks away from the school thinking that since he was quirkless... that he doesn't belong there anymore. It was here that he disappeared from Japan, and nobody even knows what happened to him, not even his friends and the girls he loves. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not.
