Mason Rickle was a famous singer, who had it all. Best friends, fans, albums, went on tour. Everything was great. Until it happened. He was taken in the night and wasn't free until 7 months later. Covered in scars, emotionally and physically, he's working up the courage to kill himself. And then his parents die and he moves away off to Indiana. Mason isolates himself, only talking to his sister, and leaving the house to go to the library. And that's where he meets Stephan Robinson. Strong, tall, handsome, smart, funny, basically perfect, Stephan. Oh yeah, he's a werewolf. And broken Mason is his mate. Will they make it? WARNING: Sexual content eventually, lots of boyxboy, self harm, eating disorders, and basically a lot of depressing shit.

"Damn it, Mason, you can't fix me. I'm not some used car that needs an oil change." I'm standing at the edge of my driveway. If I take one step towards that house, then I go back to my life. The life I've had since Mason left. Since he abandoned me. If I turn around. If I take one second to look into his eyes. I don't think I'll be able to resist throwing myself in his arms. "I'm shattered, Mason. Like a dusty vase that's been ignored for too long." "You know the best thing about broken vases, Mel? You just need three things to make them whole." I decide to go along with his speech. "Faith, trust, and pixie dust?" I muse. "Tape, glue, and someone willing to fix it. And I'm right here, Mel."
