In the story it will start with Todoroki and Deku meeting as children then time skip to when they are older. Its essentially about Todoroki and Deku falling in love but Todoroki is a prince and Deku is a commoner, Todoroki learns his parents have already set him up with another prince named Bakugo, but Bakugo found a hurt dragon while out on a walk and reluctantly helped it, he later found out the dragon was a human hybrid and they became friends.
