The boys are looking to adopt a child, and they think Oliver and Jay would be the perfect fit. What'll happen to Oliver and Jay? Will Jay continue her self-destructive ways? Will the girls get adopted by the boys? Can the girls overcome their nightmares, panic attacks etc, and become 'normal' teens? And what will they do when they find out the people who want to adopt them are apart of the mafia?
