While she keeps the feel that Tolkien gave us in the books as well as stays true to the ending that he originally wrote, she adds her own twist and voice with the addition of her four female hobbits: Daffodil, Ivy, Nettle, and Thorn. Each girl is so different from the next, complete with their own lovable quirks and characteristics that makes the reader adore them instantly for who they are as individuals as well as a whole. The unity that she presents between the characters is so unbreakable and true that I literally feel like I'm melting with adoration as I'm reading.The writing is fantastic and the story-line enjoyable. Every time I see that she's updated, I squeal and smile and read it immediately because I cannot wait to see what she has to give her readers next. I find myself sucked into it, and when it's over, I'm dying for more, more, more! It is a brilliant, adorable, enchanting story that I would recommend for any Tolkienite/Ringer. It's a perfectly normal day until all of a sudden Dane gets dropped on his ass in one of his favorite books. While Middle Earth is enchanting and magical, it's also deadly. As he tries to figure out what happened and return home, he runs into a troublesome prince; Legolas Greenleaf. Dane is brought into the realm of King Thranduil. He must convince him of his innocence if he's going to escape and return back to the place where Middle Earth is fiction.
