As I made my way to the principals office I only had one thought on my mind, “it was worth it”
I stroll into the principals, un-announced, not stopping to knock on the door. She looked up from her papers and looked surprised to see me, only after welcoming me to the school 3 weeks ago.
“oh, Ms Healy, please, take a seat”, I slump into the ugly blue chair, open my journal and toss it onto her desk. She inspects the pages and frowns at me, “it’s such a shame, you have great grades and your such a bright young lady!”
I try to stop myself from yawning, all I wanted were directions to the detention room.
She signed a pink slip of paper and frowned at me, “please let this be the last time, I hate to see a great student go to waste” I plaster on a fake grin and nod to her.
She sighs, “you go up the stairs and it’s the blue door on the right”.
I sigh inwards and take the pink slip from her. I sling my bag over my shoulder and pick my journal off her desk, and make my way to the prison, otherwise know as the delinquent classroom...
Everyone faces choices throughout their life. But when Kelly Healy has to change school's because of her past trouble in school she was faced with a whole lot more. should she put in th effort and try stay out of trouble? or should she just go with the flow and see what happens? And what about the supposed 'bad boy', what should she make of his sudden interest in her? well one this was for sure, she sure as hell was not going to the nunnery. All Rights Reserved
