As I made my way to the principals office I only had one thought on my mind, “it was worth it”
I stroll into the principals, un-announced, not stopping to knock on the door. She looked up from her papers and looked surprised to see me, only after welcoming me to the school 3 weeks ago.
“oh, Ms Healy, please, take a seat”, I slump into the ugly blue chair, open my journal and toss it onto her desk. She inspects the pages and frowns at me, “it’s such a shame, you have great grades and your such a bright young lady!”
I try to stop myself from yawning, all I wanted were directions to the detention room.
She signed a pink slip of paper and frowned at me, “please let this be the last time, I hate to see a great student go to waste” I plaster on a fake grin and nod to her.
She sighs, “you go up the stairs and it’s the blue door on the right”.
I sigh inwards and take the pink slip from her. I sling my bag over my shoulder and pick my journal off her desk, and make my way to the prison, otherwise know as the delinquent classroom...
Everyone faces choices throughout their life. But when Kelly Healy has to change school's because of her past trouble in school she was faced with a whole lot more. should she put in th effort and try stay out of trouble? or should she just go with the flow and see what happens? And what about the supposed 'bad boy', what should she make of his sudden interest in her? well one this was for sure, she sure as hell was not going to the nunnery.
Irish gasped when someone suddenly grabbed her hand. Her lips parted. In five years their paths crossed again.
Red still couldn't believe that Irish had changed. He suddenly remembered how he used to treat her and how he rejected her as his little sister.
Irish was only fifteen years old at that time but she already had many cruel experiences from his older brother.
Red hardly recognized her in her new shape and she grew up to be a very beautiful woman and she looked different in his eyes.
Irish has changed a lot since the day left then.
Irish raised an eyebrow on him.
"How are you my dear sister?"
She felt the strange tune of his voice. Is he mocking me? It's funny to think that he used to hate me as his lil sister and now he calls me that way?!
"Let me go!"
Then he released my hand.
I rolls my eyes and turned my back on him. My hands were shaking. She also couldn't stop admiring his older brother because he also changed a lot.
Red became even more handsome.
Irish was about to leave but Red grabbed her hand again.
She swallowed as her heart beats fast. No! I''m not afraid of him.
"Don't touch me!" I'm so annoyed!
"I hardly recognize you, you impress me." Her lips parted.
Red grinned at me.
"Don't get thrilled, you're not my type and you're still the trash I used to know."
Irish tried took her hands on his grip.
"Let go of my fucking hand brother?" That's where he finally let go of her.
It's funny to think that calling him brother still has an effect on him.
She smiled sweetly at Red before leaving him frozen in that place.
She was no longer the Irish he used to punished before. Irish won't allow him to do that to her again.
