Alex Carver is your ordinary 17 year old. She is a Senior is high school. She has Straight A's, a cheerleader, and is in the National Honor Society. She popular but doesn't realize it. She has few friends that keep her grounded and down to earth. But all of this changes when she turns 18. She finds out a huge secret that her mother has hidden from her and her fraternal twin sister Victoria for 18 years. This causes the death of her mother and forces Alex and Victoria to find a place of their own. While the mysterious death of their mother is under investigation, Alex decided to go and find out who killed her mother and why? Will she be able to find her mothers killer, or will she run into problems on the way to find justice for her sister and herself.
