"What do you want from me?" I whisper, my voice low and strangled. Tyler stares back at me with empty black eyes. His tongue glides over bloodied lips before a sadistic smile spreads across his face. Long slim fingers curl around my cheek.

"Can you guess?" he asks as his thumb leaves a trail of crimson along my hair line. My eyelids close against my will and I lean into his touch.

"Mmm," I sigh before remembering his question. I force my brain to ignore the warmth swelling in my chest from his touch and focus on an answer. "My blood?"

He chuckles darkly and leans in close until his nose tickles my ear. "I'm not a vampire, Troye," he breathes.

"Then what are you?" I choke out as my body begins to shake in fear. Tyler may not be a vampire, but he sure as hell isn't human. "What do you want?"

"Your soul."

My blood seems to freeze in my veins. "M-my soul?" His mouth curls up in response. "Why me? Why my soul?"

"You have a strangely beautiful soul, Troye Sivan. And I'm hungry."

[Book 2 in the Secret series] "That's not what I meant..." I chew on my lip. "Well, what the fuck did you mean then?" He shouts. "When I'm there I don't have to think about you!" I yell back. Wrong choice of words again, Sophia. I curse myself. His form immediately stands and he strides over to me, he is now inches away from me, his body is so close to mine that I am forced to take a couple of steps backwards. My back is pressed up against the window. Noah's breathing is deep but he speaks softly, "when you're there all I can think about is you." He raises his hand and tucks a strand of hair behind my ear. I step around him and head for the door, "uh I'm going to go to the hospital." I pick up my bag and rush out of the door leaving Noah in the room and saving myself from doing something I would definitely regret and make me change my mind about going back to Pennsylvania. ------------ 'I love you too,' were the last words Sophia heard before she was banished from her home city and she left without a second thought. If she didn't she knew she would be in danger. A month and a half later Sophia returns as a person close to her is in critical condition in hospital. Everyone's eyes are on Sophia, and they are looking for someone to blame. Will she return to her new life and forget about New York once and for all? Or will she fit right back into the McKenzie's life as if she never left? And as for her relationship with Noah, there might be a chance for romance after all.

"What I was going to say was selfish..." He mumbled. I edge closer to him until my hand slowly cradled his cheek. Tilting his head up to look at me. "Please let me know what it was." I beg him pathetically. He begins to chew his lip and that's when I knew he was nervous. Nervous about what? I'm not exactly sure. "With everything I said...I was going to say at the same time...never...leave me." He confessed painfully almost. That's when I lost all sense of control and pressed my lips onto his. Kissing him with all my strength and all the built up desire that's accumulated. I continued to kiss him until at some point my tongue made it's way into his mouth. Tasting a sweet flavor that I've never encountered. As I got deeper in the kissing I feel myself fly back into a tree. Slammed against it that I felt myself lose my breath. Trying to catch it, I look up at Achille. His eyes were now a crimson red that intrigued me. He shook his head and suddenly he was gone in a blur. Confused, I stood as I had to pop my back from the hard hit into the tree. Looking in the direction Achille ran off, I knew I couldn't see him because it'd be a blur. Always thought it was fascinating how when he runs you can't see it. Being a vampire must be...fascinating. Yet he makes it out to be hell. I can't understand that kind of complicity of being a vampire and the issues. I get it, they drink blood. Though there's multiple things beside humans that offer blood! He acts like it's so horrific. I would love to know what it felt like for a day. Just one day...

Do you know these two combined are great for the immune system?" He hummed against my neck, sending goosebumps all over my skin. "Fuck you." I managed to get out, glancing at him behind me. I felt his lips tilt up in a smile against my neck before he moved up to nibble at my earlobe. "That'll be nice." He chuckled in a deep sexy voice that rumbles from his chest to my body. "But some other time. Now..." His hot tongue comes out to lap at my neck in slow strokes. I bit down on my bottom lip to stop the moan that was about to break free. "I'm hungry." He darkly announced. Rank #345 in General Fiction, March 12, 2016 ----- "Oh, Marcus, Marcus, Marcus..." the demon drawled. "I don't like how you ignore me earlier you know." "When have I ignored you?" Marcus felt his skin hairs raise when Heron grazed his lips on the plane of his neck. "This lunch." "I didn't!" But then Heron's hand moved to pinch his nipples. This ultimately made Marcus whimper, "ahh... Sir Heron!" "I couldn't fucking fight this battle anymore, Marcus. I'm done being patient." His hands left the boy's shirt, traversing up and into Marcus' tensed face. "Oh, how I love the way your lips quake Marcus. Let's begin our training shall we?" And with that, Heron closed the gap of their mouths for the first time. ~ ISY ~ Short Blurb: With Marcus still deciding if he should pursue becoming an exorcist priest or not, he was left with an ancestral house to care for. He needs all the help he can get to clean the house spick-and-span and the demon general of Infernal Armies, Bael, posing as a human butler, Heron, is willing to help him do so. However, surely enough, cleaning is not the only thing the demon wants to do the whole day... ~ ISY ~ Yes, you know it! This is a manxman short story. Gosh, *blushes* This is my first time creating a story in this genre, so yeah... its uncomfortable yet interestingly exciting! Since most of my Sanctum readers ship Marcus and Heron (even though they are both male) and that they wanted a spin-off story of them, so here it is! Enjoy!

"Hello." He hissed out of the corner of the dark room, I dared to call mine. He sounded distant, but I still cowered to direct my attention towards him. I soon felt cold air on the back of my neck, forcing me to turn around. His eyes were red like flames, clothes disheveled and torn. Even though his soul appeared dark, the pink in his lips was still prominent. His pitch black hair stood perfectly on top of his face that screamed beauty and danger. But the slightest blood stains on his hands reminded me of what he really was. A pair of lips barely touched my neck, sending shivers down my spine, "I've been waiting," he whispered against my skin. He was my childhood monster. He was just a demon. He was The Midnight Man. And I think I loved him. //First book of the series// **please don't steal this. if you do ur a dick**
