Nagisa was a boy who became a test subject to  Kōtarō Yanagisawa, he was taken to make the perfect assassin, a child who can fool both genders, communicate with animals, and taking their appearances. 

After subject 2487 escaped Shiro's grasp and went to teach class 3-E, he decides to put his best assassin in the case, while still sending other people to help along the year.
