Sticking Together

When Gundham Tanaka escapes from his abusive mother's care, he is unsure what to do with his life. He travels to the city with his four best friends: the hamsters Jum-P, San-D, Maga-Z, and Cham-P. But they are separated in a tragic accident. After losing the only things he had left in his life, his mind fractures, and he begins wandering the streets aimlessly.

Gluestick is a freshman college student, and a little nervous about their first time living in a big city. They encounter a group of muggers before even reaching the dorms, but they're rescued by a strange man named Gundham. This man has been living on the streets alone for years, and doesn't seem entirely sane. However, under his strange mannerisms lies a kind heart. Gluestick is fascinated by him, and unable to leave him, even when he pushed them away.
