(Original stories of predators running into humans with abilities first published in 2019 by me, this is because people have started copying my idea.)
Forget about Area 51.
A secret government funded research facility that partners with the Wayland for the paranormal, supernatural and other kinds to keep the unnatural has a long term and seemingly permanent "patients" are constantly recruited to assist in field research, combat and assassination tasks.
One patient is highly sort after due to her fast learning, large range of knowledge, able to defend and adapt rapidly, she is the one you hire to assassinate top ranking black book treats.
A cold hearted killer will have no problem taking out other worldly threats, but what if the killer holds no loyalty to their own race.
"What rights does a being have, when it does not exist in the eyes of society outside the walls?"
The first few chapters are inspired by Otaku-fan-101. But most of this was my original plot apart from key details.

I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on.
