In the year 2035, our world went into war. Lasting five years and experiencing many losses. Such as the loss of nearly 7 billion people. Only a few million survived and agreed to help rebuild the city. Even one great many had given the people the idea of having 9 communities and giving each one their own specific tasks. Lumber, fishing farming, etc. But many don't think this will last forever.

15-year-old, Catalina Vincent is a massive geek. Getting A's through high school and become her community best virtual reality gamer. With her birthday close at hand, she gets a gift every gamer dies for. A new fully released Virtual reality game, called AfterLife. Filled with adventure and combat, it's every person's dream to get it before they're gone. Even her friend, Mac joins her on her adventure. But what they don't realize is the ongoing threat of the game it's self. And what could happen if you disobey its rules. But no one could find out, could they?
