Izuku Midoriya is a perfectly normal 10 year old with a mother and father who love him. They were the perfect family.....until they weren't. Izukus father made a deal with an extremely powerful company who he owed 100,000,000 dollars. He sold his wife and 10 year old son to the company then fleeing to America to restart his life only to be killed during a shooting at the airport before his plane departed. 5 years have passed and a lot has changed. Izukus mother became abusive towards Izuku and addicted to drugs & alcohol. The company who owns Izuku and his mother, Inko, would torture Izuku and make his life a living hell. But then one day the Department of Education saw that an Izuku Midoriya hasn't gone to school since the fourth grade. Izuku is finally aloud to go to school! He makes friends, reunites with an old friend and even develops a crush on two of the hottest guys in his class. But the torture at home hasn't gone away at all. Slowly his friends and crushes start to realize something is off. Will Izukus new friends and love interests be able to save him or will he truly never be safe?

Izuku Midoriya was the average kid who stood out because he was born quirkless in a quirk-based world. Growing up bullied by his childhood best friend, he grew to have depression and anxiety. The day he decided to jump, he didn't know that one action would change the course of his life. Being part of the LOV, he was trained to be the perfect weapon, the quirks he was given, were perfect for stealth and hard missions. He was happy and content with the life he was living, not caring that no matter where he went, blood was spilt. Kacchan was a prodigy. Powerful and learned quick. Angry and feared but when his old friend goes missing, he blamed himself. He cut off most of his friends to focus on being the top hero to make up for what he did. When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!! This book does include suicidal thoughts, cutting, depression, gore, and suicide. I would not recommend if that stuff bothers you. If you do struggle with this stuff. Please get help as you are loved even if the voices tell you otherwise.

"I know ok?!" - Izuku screams, he never screams. Shōto flinches and fights the instinct to cover his ears as he stays put with his back against the bedroom door. Fuyumi frowns with the headphones in her hands, ready to place them over his ears, but for once Shōto wants to know. "He's not special! He's just-" - the sentence stops, Inko warns him to stop as it often happens and somehow Shōto wishes Izuku wouldn't stop. He needs to hear it, he needs someone to say that word. "I'm your son, you birthed me, and still I'm never a priority..." - Izuku says and his voice breaks. It's quieter this time. Shōto opens the door and takes a tentative step outside, not really knowing why: maybe to confront Inko, or maybe to comfort Izuku. The entrance door slams and he's faced with only Inko. She looks at him with so much guilt she might as well just have killed a man. "I'm sorry..." - she says and Shōto doesn't understand what she's actually sorry about. ~ To sum it up: Tōya decided to run away from his abusive household with his sibling. Endeavour face a trial for child abuse that lead to his immediate hero career decline and incarceration. While Tōya manages to run away with Natsuo, Fuyumi and Shōto end up in a foster home.
