His name on the street is the Fixer. Within the borders of Forstal City he caters to the ultimate vice - cybernetic upgrades. No matter who - or what - comes calling, he facilitates. Feeding the addictions that run rampant through the underbelly of a society bent on becoming perfect.
What he does isn't strictly legal, but unchecked corruption and even more affinity for body modification allows those with the skills to skirt unseen through the bleak, congested lower tiers of the city.
When they need a Fix, they know where to go.
