Wouldn't it be great if we all had superpowers? levitation, fire, water etc. sounds pretty cool to get at 18, right? well, Tom thinks so, and so do the rest of his friends. they all have just graduated high school and decide to have a party to celebrate. but then, an unspeakable creature capable of horrific things emerges, and the gang barely escape with their lives. as they all get their powers and a mystery guy appears, the monsters are already multiplying at massive rates and have spread out to the rest of the world. Now, not only does he have to deal with school, his almost non existent social life and his aggravating younger brother, but he also has to fight super villains and learn to control his new found powers to avoid blowing his cover to the world...and it is a lot harder than he anticipated. Prepare for a roller coaster ride of lame one liners and painfully awkward adolescent behaviour, along with bromances and romances, breakups and make ups, and even some cliché superhero behaviour, villains who hold a grudge, and really dorky super suits. Oh... and angry, rampaging squirrels.

They were all born with strange powers--powers that nobody could explain, and that put everybody around them in danger. Taken from their parents, the children were raised apart from society.
