The story of Rosie starts in a small town called Uitenhage in the eastern cape South africa. 
She is 6 years old with and older brother of 9 years. 

This Autobiography/memoir  consists of the world through the eyes of a six year old. It's cruel, brutal and heartbreaking, but inspiring and hopeful. 

Her life growing up with her parents and brother is the best thing in her life till one car trip changes her very being. changes her way of seeing the world and starts to grey her small heart. 

The secrets the family keeps for love will be the same secrets that later tear them apart and let everything spiral out of control.
