A gust of wind dries the drops on her body and she turns around to see someone wrapped in a very heavy cape made of black feathers and long thin hair that looks covered in soft ashes.

Their eyes meet and it's like fire and ice dancing for just a brief second.
Persephone narrows her glance. That man, so monumental and deadly reminds her of somebody.

Her mother's voice rings in the back of her head: "Are you certain it is Poseidon the one we are in dept to?"
Realization hits her hard as the Lord of Death stands there in front of her, his golden eyes shimmering making the green forrest look rotten.

He saved her life and now is here to claim his compensation for the truble.

The man on the throne abruptly stood up, his dark black eyes shining with an untammed flame, one that turned everything into embers. It was obvious that this powerful man did not like those who spoke back, espeically a small human girl like the one in front of him. The human girl felt the anger radiate off the man and started to run towards the entrance she came from, only to suddenly feel arms wrap around her waist, crushing her against a very solid chest. She opened her mouth to yell, but a strong hand covered her mouth. "You are a fiesty little girl." It was evident that the man was smirking in his voice; he was enjoying her fear. "Now, I do not want to punish you so early. So please, be the good girl that you are and be quiet. Not that screaming will do you any good; you are in the Underworld, after all." --- It had been five years after the death of her older sister before nineteen year old Katherine Bakers could even sleep peacefully at night. She had witnessed her own sisters murder, leaving scars beyond compare. She withdrew from her family and became a quiet recluse. But old nightmares come to life when she is knocked out and is taken by a stranger. Only this stranger is a god: Hades, God of the Underworld. Hades is a very dangerous man who rules the Underworld with an iron fist with no immorse for punishments of the wicked. He has a stone-cold heart that feels like ice, as no one has been able unthaw his frozen heart. And he is slowly losing time. A shattered human and the god of the dead; a new take of Persephone and Hades. "Kiss me." He whispers. "I-I don't know how...I've never done this before." I frantically whisper and tilt my head. My nose slightly brushes against his, and all of my instincts tell me to dive into him with the most passionate kiss I could create. I wanted to be closer, and feel every part of him against me. "Can I kiss you?" He asks through an intoxicating whisper. His lips teasingly hover over mine, and without thinking I finally press my lips against his. His lips matched mine perfectly like a puzzle, and I wrap my arms around his neck to pull him closer. His hands trail up my back, and the euphoric bursts of pleasure take my senses into over drive. He starts to part his lips, and his tongue slowly enters through my lips to play with mine. He tastes of sweet wine, and I feel my hands sliding up to grip his hair. I let out a slight moan into his lips, and my breath grows heavy. We part for a gasp of air before meeting back with more of my muffled moans. A faint thud-like sound catches my attention, and I start to pull away to see what made the sound. My lips retreat, and I take a faint breath before clearing my mind to think logically. As I pull away, his lips simply continue to kiss my chin and down my cheek. Another gasp slips from my lips, and this one echos through the hall. "I..I think...I...I heard something." I whisper as quietly as possible. He lightly pulls away to take a small breath before smiling. "I didn't hear anything. It's nothing." He pushes aside.... During the ancient times of Greece, lives the daughter of Demeter, Persephone. All her life has been sheltered from the mortal and immortal world. When her desire for a taste of freedom goes too far, she seals a deal with a man she will never escape... Enjoy this retelling of the Greek myth of Hades and Persephone! This is one of my favorite Greeks myths, and comment if you have any feedback! I'd love to hear from you 🖤

Azrael Bellum, a soul with a mother whose soul is slipping through her fingers. She's a good daughter, has raised her little brother and does as much as she can to balance everything in her life. Hades, God of the underworld, collector and protector of souls. Cold to the touch sometimes but warm once you feel his embrace. ---- "The only way you can avoid me taking your mother is if you can give me another soul," I told as my right index finger traced her jawline until I pushed up her chin so her blue orbs met mine "make me an offer I can't refuse. Make a deal with the devil, darling." Tears streamed down her face "I'll give you whatever you want, you make the terms but don't take my mother."
